Enzo is a traveling chef, designer, and hospitality consultant who discovered his creative purpose in Tbilisi, Georgia — a city that awakened his love for architecture, interior restoration, and immersive guest experience, working across cultures and concepts.
Enzo blends culinary storytelling with design and operational know-how. His approach is hands-on, practical, and deeply creative, ensuring each project is not only beautiful, but functional, profitable, and built to last.
